Great customer care, told me 90 mins including wash and was left uninterrupted to do my work

It is very difficult to get through to service, once the car was in dealership. After i picked car up a pannel on engine compartment was loose and kept rattling.

Had the car for 7 days and still have not fixed the problem

After repair we found water splashing out of bonnet as dealer did not screw the lid on the expansion tank. dealer admitted it was their fault but no compensation for loss of fluid.

They gave me a list of things wrong and said they would send me a quote but I have not received anything.

I asked the service department to check my wheel bearings but this wasnt done i had to take the car back to have the bearing done.

My car was meant to be ready at 3pm and I had to wait until 5pm, there was still problems with the vehicle which I did not get told about on collection and i have still had no contact after 3 weeks.

after explaining that I was picking the car up to drive to Italy, over 1000km the car failed after less than 200km because of an error by the service people

Car was booked in no issue. Car was dropped of staff were polite and helpful. No phone call was received to discuss completion of the work I had to phone them, and with only 45mins till they closed, the car wasn't finished or washed.
